Creating a build disk

To create a build disk

  1. From the left-hand pane, expand Picture of the Computers icon Computers, then expand Picture of the Build icon Build.

  2. From the left-hand pane, right-click Picture of the Build Disks icon Build Disks and from the menu, choose New Build Disk.

  3. Type a name for the build disk, and a meaningful description.

  4. From the drop-down list, select a build disk to use as a base. The supported operating systems are displayed.

  5. A list of drivers included on the disk is displayed. If you wish to add additional drivers:

  1. To remove drivers from the build disk, from the Additional Drivers list select the drivers and click the Remove button.

  2. Click the OK button. A build disk is created that is used to generate a build disk image.

Note

  • To create a build disk, you can also choose Picture of the New icon  in the toolbar, or from the File menu, choose New, Build Disk.
